Our Mission

Our mission is to create early learning environments and systems that end the intersectional racialized predictability of life outcomes for young children.

“We must struggle together not only to reimagine schools but to build new schools that we are taught to believe are impossible: schools based on intersectional justice, antiracism, love, healing and joy.”
-Bettina Love

Who We Serve

We support the diverse range of professionals who work directly with or on behalf of young children and their families in early care and education, early intervention, early childhood special education, child welfare, family support as well as research, policy, advocacy organizations and higher educational institutions dedicated to the health and well-being of children, families and the early childhood workforce.

“Every policy in every institution in every community in every nation is producing or sustaining either racial inequity or equity between racial groups…Being an anti-racist requires persistent self-awareness, constant self-criticism and regular self-examination.”
